Your behind the scenes work in preparing and looking after us and our guests really made the event extra fun for us as the organisers.

Mitch & Terry Holland and their daughter Rachel invited us to cater Mitch's 50th birthday at Cullen Bullen (about 30mins north of Lithgow). It was a great night for us too - friendly, fun people.

"My guests are still writing to let me know how great the food was. As one said " I have been to many spit roast parties where the meat has been tough and dry. But the meat at your party was wonderful and I went back for a second helping." My husband, a great meat critic, was also most impressed and I must agree with them all.
The sweets have also come in for a lot of praise and I must thank you for being so patient when eager family members decided they wanted to start speeches before the chosen time. Catering for 130 guests in an outside atmosphere is no easy task. My only disappointment is that so far nobody seems to have taken a photograph of the impressive spits and side tables. But there again everyone was enjoying themselves so much even my cake, toast & book signing was forgotten.
Once again a big thank you and a happy new year and hopefully we will meet again."
