Terms & Conditions - Ordering from Catering2U

A minimum Booking fee/deposit of $150 is payable to confirm bookings.
This is non-refundable as we will incur administrative costs in processing your booking and we may have to decline other bookings on that date.

Prices are subject to change. Early booking fee payments hold current pricing for 12 months.

All prices are inclusive of G.S.T.


Child costings:
Children (4 - 12 years) are half price for main meals only. Infants (under 4 years) free for main meals only.

Additional costs:
Travel charges may apply to venues where travel is greater than 1 hour.(Staff and vehicle costs)

Surcharges may apply for venues without power or water, or with difficult access.(Overhead & staff costs)

Surcharges apply for Public Holidays.(Staff costs)

Events where there are less than 50 adult guests incur a surcharge of $85.(Overhead costs)


Peak Season booking conditions:
Weekend bookings for Saturdays in November - December have a minimum charge for 40 adults.


The Catering2U Money-Back Guarantee:
Catering2U will allow a refund of your payment if we fail to deliver the catering you have ordered. A core condition of this guarantee is the customer must supply  adequate workplace facilities that allow Catering2u to perform its catering tasks. Catering2U will supply a checklist of these facilties at any time it is requested but details are available via our FAQ page.
