Spit-roasts are ideal for setting a friendly and casual atmosphere. The sight and aromas of a rotisserie spit-roast being cooked fresh at your pary when your guests arrive is certainly an ice-breaker. Most will drift across to the rotisserie to find out what is generating the mouthwatering aromas. Be it a family gathering or corporate event, your guests will have something in common to chat about right from the start. "Getting this party started" will not be a problem!

Another very popular catering strategy is fingerfood. Your guests will arrive and mingle with drinks. At your chosen time, our friendly staff will be ensuring that your friends have a few tasty morsels to enjoy as they chat. Round after round of delicious, freshly prepared finger-food will be tray served for your choice of 1 or 2 hours. You are in control of greeting your guests and will have nothing more to do except enjoy your own party. Catering2u will not even need to use your kitchen.
