Most will drift across to the rotisserie to find out what is generating the mouthwatering aromas. FINGER-FOOD SERVICE

Another very popular catering strategy is finger-food. Your guests will arrive and mingle with drinks. At your chosen time, our friendly staff will be ensuring that your friends have a few tasty morsels to enjoy as they chat. Round after round of delicious, freshly prepared finger-food will be tray served for your choice of 1 or 2 hours. You are in control of greeting your guests and will have nothing more to do except enjoy your own party. Catering2u will not even need to use your kitchen.

Catering for 130 guests in an outside atmosphere is no easy task. My only disappointment is that so far nobody seems to have taken a photograph of the impressive spits and side tables. But there again everyone was enjoying themselves so much even my cake, toast & book signing was forgotten.
