SPITROASTS
Three menu levels are offered and differences include:
  • Value: Roast beef & pork with four specific salads (no choices available). Served on heavy duty disposable plates & cutlery.
  • ValuePlus: Roast beef with pork or ham. Choice of salads or hot vegetables. Served on heavy duty disposable plates & cutlery. Includes hot jacket potatoes.
  • Premium: Roasted beef, pork, lamb, ham or turkey. Choice of salads or hot vegetables. Served on crockery plates with stainless steel cutlery. Includes hot jacket potatoes.

BARBEQUES
Two menu levels are offered and differences include:
  • ValuePlus: Rump steak, chicken kebabs, gourmet sausages etc. Choice of salads. Served on heavy duty disposable plates & cutlery.
  • Premium: "New York Cut" Sirloin, marinated chicken breast, salmon cutlets, etc. Choice of salads. Served on crockery plates with stainless steel cutlery.

FINGERFOOD
Two menu levels are offered and differences include:
  • ValuePlus: Party pies, mini-sausage rolls, party pasties, char-grilled meatballs, potato wedges. etc.
  • Premium: Sweet chilli prawns, Mini chicken skewers, gourmet party pies (peppersteak, chicken curry, lamb & rosemary), mini-quiches etc.
Both may also include items such as cocktail spring rolls, crumbed fish bites, sushi rolls, texan sausage bites, chicken goujons, etc.

Both are offered as entree or meal portions and are served over approx 1 & 2 hours respectively.

Both are tray served to your guests by uniformed staff with appropriate dipping sauces and serviettes.
