SPITROASTS
All roasts are cooked fresh at your venue, and using rotisserie spits. Then the piping-hot meats are carved directly to your guests' plates. (See our spitroast video here.)
FINGERFOOD
Your food will be prepared at your party and then our friendly wait staff will tray serve it to your guests while you enjoy your own party. We do not need a kitchen. (See our fingerfood video here.)
If you want to enjoy your own party you will need friendly & professional service staff to do the work. Catering2u staff are included in our prices. There are no hidden charges!
OTHER OPTIONS
While the above two are our specialties we also offer BBQ and Breakfast menus which are served with the same professional style.
Yes, we even offer sausage sizzles, although conditions apply in regards to the timing (rarely on a weekend) and guest numbers (>100 guests). This can be a great treat for workers in larger industrial organisations as a team building event. Talk to us about this option as we have a system that allows us to serve many hundreds of guests without their having to endure long queues.
