Always ask for the total cost and what is included

- All staff required to complete the work
- Travel (to and from the event)
- Plates & cutlery
- Do they expect you to supply cooking equipment or tables
- A clear description of what each guest will be offered.
- The cost effect (eg $ per person) if final guest numbers are lower than you initially estimated.
Then ask of yourself ... do I really want to deal with someone who aims to deceive me, who withholds information or wants to confuse me?
