Our Standard Catering Options
Catering2U offers a range of buffet & tray-service menus but the first thing you, the event planner, should consider is the style that best suits your event.
- Will your guests be seated for their meal?
- Catering2U add to your party atmosphere by roasting at your event on a rotisserie spit. When they arrive your guests can see the roasting meats and enjoy their aroma. The piping-hot meat is then carved directly from the rotisserie onto your guests’ plates. The meat cannot be any fresher or more succulent. Three menu levels are available to suit every budget
- Choose a BBQ - Enjoy our Premium BBQ menu of Scotch fillet steak with garlic butter; chilli prawns, Marinated chicken breast-fillets or Lamb cutlets .... etc. If your event has a more restricted budget consider our Value BBQ including usual favourites such as Gourmet sausages, Rump steak, Lamb chops, Marinated chicken kebabs.
- Will your guests be mingling with drinks?
- Catering2U prepare all finger-food at your venue using our own equipment. Our uniformed staff tray serve the food to your guests We do not deliver food for you to distribute at events but we can work almost anywhere. A kitchen is not required.
- Other options - Hot meat rolls (comprising Roast beef, Roast pork or Marinated chicken breast) - These are ideal for 18th & 21st birthdays, Trade days, Team reward events ....etc
But do you need table service?
Spit Roasts are not suitable when table service is required. The meat cannot be carved and plated without losing quality (moisture & heat). Fortunately, due to Catering2U's unique range of on-site equipment we can offer a BBQ menu and present it table service style.
Costs will need to be discussed with our office as there are a number of factors that will affect price.
For example, number of guests, facilities available at the venue, distance of travel for the extra staff required.
Suggestions:
- Salmon cutlets (click on image to left) with a leafy salad (rocquet & mesclun lettuces), fetta cheese, stuffed or black olives, cherry tomatoes and a noodle coleslaw salad.
- "New York Cut" Sirloin with a leafy salad as above and a sundried tomato pasta salad.
