NSW Police recommend that party organisers notify local police of scheduled parties in case of gatecrashers or similar hazards. Police can provide experienced advice to avoid trouble. Print the notification form (above) and post, fax or deliver it to your nearest Police station.

Also, keeping in mind Police advice that you should not broadcast your party plans too widely, it may be wise to warn your closer neighbours of your event.
