Catering2u are event caterers. We serve our clients in almost any setting. Our catering equipment is portable and can be set up in function centres, community halls, homes, back-yards, parks .... and the list goes on.
Our main specialty is spit-roasts ... freshly cooked at your party... using stainless steel rotisseries with glass viewing windows. Benefits include the visual delight for guests of being able to watch the meats rotating over the gas flames prior to mealtime and being able to enjoy the mouth-watering aromas as they arrive for the party. Then the piping hot & succulent roasts are carved directly to your guests' plates from the rotisserie.
A close second in our specialty range is finger-food. If you are considering a cocktail party where guests will be mingling with drinks then our finger-food menu should meet your needs. Items such as chicken skewers, salt & pepper prawns, crispy fish bites, gourmet party pies and cocktail spring rolls are always popular. Of course, you, the client will not need to lift a finger to serve guests. We do that too. Our prices include the freshly prepared (on-site) food and also staff to prepare and tray serve to party guests. The only fingers you will need raise will be to select your own portions as our uniformed staff pass by.
More? Yes ... we also offer BBQ menus ranging from rump steak and sausages to New York cut sirloin and salmon cutlets. Again, as one would expect with a BBQ, the foods is cooked on-site immediately prior to your selected meal time. Guests needs only file past our warming ovens and be served their portion before moving on to the salad buffet. No waiting in queues as meat is cooked on BBQ plates. Our system is very efficient so all guests can be served in quick time.
Yes, there’s more. Breakfasts! Again we use our portable gas-fired ovens and BBQ plates to quickly serve 30-500 guests a hot breakfast of sausages, bacon, poached egg, baked beans and herb & parmesan covered baked tomato. The aromas of the herb, cheese & tomato will tantalise your taste buds.
